1. Service description

The Swap service allows Bitsave users to exchange one digital asset for another asset available on the platform.

Exchanges may include, among others, Bitcoin (BTC), USDC, USDT, and other enabled cryptoassets.

2. Quote and execution

Before confirming an exchange, the user may view the available quote, the source asset, the destination asset, and the estimated amount to be received.

Quotes may vary according to market conditions, available liquidity, and execution costs.

The transaction will be deemed accepted when the user expressly confirms the exchange through the mechanisms enabled by the platform.

3. Fees

Exchange transactions may be subject to a service fee.

Reference rate: 1% of the amount exchanged, unless a different rate is disclosed in the application or a specific commercial agreement exists.

Applicable fees, price spreads, and additional costs must be disclosed before confirmation.

4. Transaction processing

Once the exchange is confirmed, Bitsave will process the transaction using the available liquidity and execution infrastructure.

Processing times may vary depending on market conditions, the blockchain network, and the providers involved.

5. Irreversibility

Once executed, the exchange generally cannot be canceled or reversed.

The user acknowledges that market fluctuations after the transaction are not grounds for a refund.

6. Restrictions and compliance

Bitsave may reject, suspend, or subject a transaction to review where there are security alerts, insufficient funds, regulatory restrictions, or requirements related to anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing.

7. Risks

The user acknowledges that the value of digital assets may fluctuate and that quotes may change before execution.

Bitsave does not guarantee profitability or price stability through the use of the exchange service.
